Redline

The core of the suite.

Cabinet access, the audit trail, counts, kits, the fleet map, alarms, reports, and the Readiness board, with analytics on top that read the whole record. Everything else in the suite attaches here.

Redline Readiness board

What it does

Eight jobs that used to live in a binder, a spreadsheet, a vendor portal, and someone's memory.

Controlled-substance custody

Every cabinet opening logged by name, time, truck, and cabinet to a hash-chained record. Counts by lot and expiry; variances flagged as they happen.

Controller administration

Manage Axis A1001 and A1210 door controllers from one screen: people, codes, schedules, and cabinets. Push to device or pull from device. Use the ones you have or let us supply them.

Readiness board

Kit, cabinet, power, service, Hardline, and tagged gear scored per truck. Gray means Redline cannot tell and does not count against the truck.

Fleet map

Live positions on a vector basemap with landmarks, one truck or the whole fleet, and history since any time you choose.

Alarms and sign-off

Forced-open, tamper, and threshold events reviewed and acknowledged in the app, on the record.

Reports and export

Daily access volume, denial reasons, access by paramedic. DEA-style PDF packets with chain fingerprints. CSV and JSON export.

Detectors

Off-pattern hours, burst access, repeated denials, impossible travel, novel cabinet. Each flag carries its evidence.

Investigation tools

Anchor an incident and the people who could have done it surface, ranked. Trace every credential, grant, and event for a person and a cabinet.

Designed to go offline

Redline is the source of truth. The cabinet does not need it to open.

Redline pushes people, codes, and schedules down to every cabinet controller and keeps them in sync. The controller then makes the door decision itself, at the cabinet, with no network at all. A truck out of range, a station switch down, a cellular outage: the code still works, the event is still logged on the controller, and Hardline holds the truck's side of the record. When Redline is reachable again it reconciles every controller against truth, pulls the events it missed, and the audit trail has no gap. The server can fall off the network and nothing in the field stops.

  • Controllers store credentials and decide locally; Redline is authority, not a dependency
  • Hourly verification catches drift and offline recovery on its own
  • With Hardline, cabinet openings and tag movements are held on the truck until they can be delivered

Analytics

The record is the point. The analytics are the reason to keep it.

Every cabinet event is in the hash-chained log forever, the way a government audit trail has to be. The Insights and Investigation tabs are what you get for keeping it that carefully.

Redline Insights flags: off-pattern hours, burst access, repeated denials, with evidence and acknowledge buttons

Insights

Flags, with the evidence attached.

Detectors run over the whole record and raise a flag when something falls outside a person's own baseline: access at an unusual hour, a burst of unlocks, repeated denials, impossible travel between two trucks, a cabinet someone has never opened. Each flag shows the baseline it was measured against. It is a lead to look at, not a conclusion.

  • Acknowledge, mark false positive, or dismiss, on the record
  • Thresholds tuned to your shifts, not a vendor's defaults
  • Per-person risk scores ranked across the service
Redline Pattern Discovery: high off-hours activity and synchronized access pairs over 90 days

Pattern Discovery

Ninety days at a glance.

Aggregate patterns across the last three months: who works mostly off-hours, which pairs of people open the same cabinet within minutes of each other, repeatedly. Often there is a good reason, and the screen says so. It suggests where to look, not what to conclude.

Redline Policy Violations: orphaned credentials and dormant permissions with accept-as-intentional buttons

Investigation

When you have to answer a hard question.

Anchor on a person or on an incident and Suspect Network ranks everyone by how often they overlap with it, with the reasoning shown inline. Pathway tracing lays out every credential, grant, and event between a person and a cabinet in one chain. Policy checks run continuously for the things that are definitely wrong: a card with no holder, a permission nobody has used in ninety days.

  • Ranked leads with the reasoning visible, never a verdict
  • Every finding exports to a PDF packet with chain fingerprints
  • Accept a finding as intentional and it stays accepted, on the record

Tiers

Three tiers of capability.

Tiers are cumulative. Every Insights customer gets everything in Compliance; every Investigation customer gets everything in Insights. Move up when the operation outgrows what you have; move down at any time.

Tier one

Compliance

  • Tamper-evident audit log
  • Real-time fleet and cabinet view
  • Readiness board
  • Alarms and acknowledgements
  • DEA-style PDF reports
  • CSV and JSON export
  • Cardholders, vehicles, kits
  • Role-based access

Tier two

Insights

  • Everything in Compliance
  • Anomaly flags from the detectors
  • Pattern Discovery dashboard
  • Per-person risk scores
  • Configurable detector thresholds
  • Person profiles

Tier three

Investigation

  • Everything in Insights
  • Suspect network analysis
  • Access pathway tracing
  • Policy violation scanning
  • Investigation PDF export
  • Custom branding on reports

All tiers include unlimited audit retention, the full hash-chained log, and verifiable export. Physical controllers are the metered unit; virtual controllers are unlimited on every plan.

A look inside

The screens, as they are today.

Included

Virtual Keypad

The screen a medic uses at the cabinet: enter a code, the door opens, the access is logged with who, when, and which truck. It ships with Redline and is kept separable so it can live on its own device mounted at the cabinet, or in a browser window beside the fleet map for testing.

Add-on

Bench

A complete software model of your fleet that runs without any hardware. Virtual controllers and cabinets appear on the same screens as the real ones, so a new crew learns the keypad and the cabinet flow in the classroom, leadership sees the system before buying, and integration scenarios run end to end. Bolts on to any tier.

See it on your trucks

Cabinets with controllers or without. We will show you the whole operation.

Early access is open to a small number of services ahead of general availability. A demo takes under an hour. Already have Axis controllers on your cabinets? We work with them. Do not? We supply and install them. Bring the last audit request you had to answer by hand.
