CareCode

Scan it. It is on the order.

CareCode turns a barcode scan into a line in your BoundTree cart. Runs on its own for services that only want restocking; with Redline, the readiness board hands it the list.

How it works

Four steps, no typing.

Print the sheet

One barcode per stocked item, one sheet per bench or closet. Tape it where the supplies live.

Scan as you use

A medic scans the line as the item comes off the shelf. The cart gets the code, unit, and quantity. Nothing typed.

Redline adds the rest

Anything the Readiness board says is missing, short, or expiring lands on the same cart automatically.

Push to BoundTree

One button. Each line reports back whether BoundTree accepted it. Your account, your pricing, your history.

With Redline

The readiness board writes the shopping list.

When a kit count comes up short, or a lot is about to expire, Redline produces a restock sheet: one code per item, with the truck and the quantity. Scan it into CareCode, or let Redline push the list straight to the cart. The supplier sees a quantity and a SKU, never a patient, a medic, or a location.

  • Cart saved locally; syncs when the connection returns
  • Per-line results from BoundTree on every push
  • Runs on a Raspberry Pi in the supply room or on the same server as Redline
