Redline is priced per physical cabinet controller, on the tier you choose. Hardline is leased per truck. We install everything and train your people, then you pay one invoice a month.
How buying works
Five steps, and we do the hard ones.
No portal, no self-serve checkout. Someone from Redline is in your building for the parts that matter.
See it
A demo on Bench, no hardware needed. Bring your kit list and, if you have them, your controller model.
Scope it
We walk your bays and trucks, count cabinets, and note which already have controllers and which need them. One scope: tier, add-ons, Hardline per truck, controllers, services.
We install it
Controllers enrolled, cabinets bound, Hardline claimed on every truck. Done in person by our engineers, not shipped in a box.
We train your people
Medics learn the keypad in twenty minutes. Supervisors learn the readiness board and the audit log. Your admin learns the rest.
You lease it monthly
One invoice per month. Change tier, add or drop a truck, or cancel with notice.
Step one: pick a Redline tier
Three tiers. Each one includes everything below it.
Most services start on Compliance and move to Insights once the record has a few months in it. Investigation is for services that need to answer hard questions with evidence.
Tier one
Compliance
The record and the readiness board. Where every service starts.

Step two: add what you need
Attach what earns its place.
Each of these is a line on the same agreement. Nothing you did not buy advertises itself inside the product.
Hardline
The physical truck module. Shore power and battery with the engine off, GPS, store-and-forward, optional OBD-II engine data and RFID asset tracking. We mount it.
Leased per truckCareCode
Scan-to-cart restocking to BoundTree. Fed by the readiness board when paired with Redline; also sold on its own.

Installation and training are how every Redline site starts. Custom work is there when you want the system shaped to you.
Installation
Axis controllers supplied and fitted if your cabinets do not have them, or your existing ones enrolled as they are. Cabinet binding, Hardline fitted and claimed on each truck, and the first count taken with your crew.
One-time, per siteTraining
Hands-on sessions by role: crew at the keypad, supervisors on readiness and audit, administrators on the whole system. Bench keeps the classroom running afterward.
