The problem

The answers live in a paper log, a clipboard, the radio, a vendor portal, and one person's memory. Redline answers all six from one record.
Is the rig ready?
The checkoff sheet said the ped BVM was there at 06:00. It was used at 09:30 and never came back.
The Readiness board scores every truck: kit, cabinet, power, service, tagged gear. One reason per red cell.
Where is it?
"Where is Medic 3?" asked over the radio and answered from memory. Where is the monitor? Nobody knows.
Hardline reports position from the truck. Tagged assets are checked at every departure and flagged when left behind.
Is the drug box secure?
A paper log, two signatures per count, and a variance nobody notices for three weeks.
Every cabinet opening is written to a hash-chained record by name. Counts by lot and expiry. Variances flagged the same minute.
What needs service?
Engine hours live in a notebook in the truck. Maintenance is discovered when something breaks.
Engine hours, battery voltage, and shore power straight from the OBD-II bus, with countdowns to the next service.
Who reorders it?
Somebody retypes the restock list from the clipboard into the supplier portal. Twice.
CareCode fills the BoundTree cart from a barcode scan and from what Readiness says is missing or expiring.
Who would notice?
An off-hours pattern or a burst of cabinet openings looks normal one shift at a time.

Custody
Every cabinet opening, by name, on a record that cannot be quietly changed.
A medic enters one code at the cabinet. The door opens. Redline writes who, when, which truck, and which cabinet to a hash-chained log, then keeps counts by lot and expiry. The audit request that used to cost a weekend is an export.

Fleet and kit
The truck is a source, not a mystery.
Hardline is a small box mounted in the truck. It watches shore power and the battery with the engine off, tracks position, reads the tags on your gear, and, if you plug in the OBD-II lead, the engine too. Out of coverage it keeps recording to its own flash and delivers everything when it is back. The kit on board is counted by lot and expiry, and a short line shows up on the vehicle, the fleet map, and the readiness board at the same time.

- Tagged assets checked at every departure; left behind means an alarm before the truck moves

Insights
The patterns a human reviewer would never see one shift at a time.
The full audit history is kept the way a government system keeps it: every event, hash-chained, forever. The analytics are what that buys you. Detectors read the whole record for off-pattern hours, burst access, repeated denials, impossible travel. Pattern Discovery shows ninety days at a glance. Suspect Network ranks who overlaps with an incident, reasoning shown, so a hard question gets an evidence-backed answer instead of a guess.

Restocking
What was used on the call is on the order before the truck is back in the bay.
CareCode prints a barcode sheet for each bench. Scan a line as the item is used and the BoundTree cart fills itself. With Redline, anything the readiness board says is missing or expiring lands on the same cart. Nobody retypes a part number.
